Refund & Cancellation Policy

Unlimited is a monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time through Manage Billing in your SetPlan account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and Unlimited access remains available until that date.

Payments already made for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Deleting your SetPlan account is immediate and cannot be undone. If you have an active Unlimited subscription, it is cancelled immediately so that you are not charged again; the rest of the current billing period is not refunded automatically. Unused credits are removed with the account and are not refunded automatically.

If you would like to ask about a refund, please contact us before you delete your account, while your purchases can still be matched to it.

To request a refund or get help with a billing issue, contact us atsetplan.fit@gmail.com. Please include the email address associated with your SetPlan account and details of the purchase.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and your bank.
